Rome illusions, a guided tour that thanks to the illusions will show you a completely new vision of art. Rome is a city that never ceases to amaze us, and is full of artists who have made it magical. Between 1500 and 1600 our city was enriched with optical illusions, pure magic. In the Baroque era (art where the watchwords are theater and special effect), many artists improvised and played with forms, just think of the spectacular Borromini Perspective Gallery, the visual illusions of Bernini’s Scala Regia and Piazza Saint Peter. In our walk we will meet the spectacular optical illusions of Andrea Pozzo, with the grandiose open-air perspective of Sant’Ignazio and its fake dome, the angels of Giovanni Battista Gaulli who seem to fall from the vault of the Church of the Gesù, but also the anamorphic figures. All this and much more will be addressed in our visit in an explosive mix of emotions and magic.
Reservations are required by sending an email to email@example.com with your name, surname, mobile phone number and participants, if there are children, and with the subject: Illusioni and the date you want to participate.
