The world around us is changing and the climate – the debate about its change, sustainability and our impact – is becoming more and more frequent (and necessary) as a topic of discussion. You can also educate yourself about this issue through film, more specifically through the Ekotopfilm Film Festival (or Envirofilm 2023).The organizers will soon reveal the exact programme – for now, at least we know which days to plan no other activities 🙂

The international film festival EKOTOPFILM – ENVIROFILM will visit the Petržalka district as part of its TOUR 2023.

We invite you to a unique film festival in the DK Petržalka, where we will bring you the best documentary films from around the world.

Even prefab buildings can be greened!

Is Petržalka a concrete jungle or can it be green and diverse? We will show you how you can’t see the city from below. There is life on the roofs of apartment blocks or public buildings. It can be colourful, full of life and above all GREEN!

Come and listen to a lecture on the importance of green roofs with expert Branislav Siklienko, from the Association for Green Roofs and Green Infrastructure. After the lecture there will be space for your questions.

Branjo Siklienka: “We have missed the train and we need to fix this as soon as possible. Cities and municipalities do not have the capacity, either in terms of time or expertise, and neither do they have the finances…”
