The 4th annual competition for the best goulash will take place at the end of October this year. Teams of 2 to 4 cooks will cook their version of the best goulash over an open fire in a free-form competition – with no restrictions on ingredients. The competitors will cook their winning goulash on for exactly 5 hours, which will then be put to the tasting test by the judges, as well as all onlookers and passer-bys. For a small fee, you will therefore be able to sample all the stews of the day and the proceeds will go directly to the chefs. If you like to cook or simply like goulash, you should not miss the Barrandov Goulash Cooking Competition!
The team registration fee is 799 CZK and goulash will be 20 CZK per bowl.
