Do you want to do something for yourself and your body? Come and practice yoga. Mindfulness yoga is a conscious way of practicing traditional yoga in the green of nature. The regenerating power of nature reaches every sense: from the sight of greenery and trees, to hearing the song of birds and the roar of the water of the fountain.

How are the meetings structured?
Through an introduction to the practice of Hatha yoga in a mindful way, which means aware, we will perform positions, in Sanskrit asana, guided by the awareness of the breath, pranayama, and accompanied by attention for the present moment. To facilitate this process, each meeting includes guided meditations of 15 minutes for each practice.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a yoga mat or towel, a rope or towel, and two replaceable bricks with books.
It is advisable to bring water to hydrate.
PRICE: The lesson is open to all, with an offer of 8 euros.
