After busy week, it is important to find some time for relax & getting a new life energy. Therefore, we have a good tip for you. You can join this Saturday’s Body and Mind Day which is going to be held in a beautiful Botanical Garden – Peony meadow.

Do not miss the opportunity to spend the day with yoga or Les Mills Body Ballance in the open air at sunset. In addition to the exercises, there will be a couple of seminars and workshops related to yoga.
