At Parco Romano Biodistretto di Ariccia, you can take part in yoga every Sunday, lasting 1 hour and a half, for all those interested (also dedicated to children), with teacher Barbara Paladini: “Let’s learn to listen to ourselves with the clear discipline of Hatha Yoga, pure technique of awareness of the present “.
The practice of Yoga makes the body flexible and strong, develops agility and balance, improving all functions, respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal.
The body is purified and vitality is acquired, the sense of fatigue is reduced:
• It strengthens the immune system and increases concentration.
• It develops emotional stability, a sense of peace and serenity with great benefit for the emotional and mental state.
• Listening to our senses stimulated by the wonderful nature around and excluding everything else, this is an excellent goal for YOGA in the park.
It‘s necessary to register in advance, bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
