The documentary takes you from the imposing peaks of the Himalayas and daily life in its valleys to the sacred temples in Kathmandu and the royal palaces in Rajasthan, India. You will be able to transfer to the rich bosom of nature and knowledge that have shaped the knowledge and culture of the Indian subcontinent. Ayurveda is a way to understand oneself. Anyone who is willing to listen and put into practice the basic principles of physical and mental life can maintain health and balance in today’s changing world.
