The HaWei in the 14th district in Vienna is hosting a children’s festival. It is going to take place on Saturday, July 2rd and it is going to be full of fun and games, together with a Kasperltheater, a concert, and many more attractions for kids. Even though it’s free, it is required to sign up. Please, bring your own picnic blanket and food. If you have any old toys or other children´s stuff you would like to give away, you can exchange them for other things at the bazaar that will be a part of the festival.
How does it work? Take toys that are hardly ever played with at home to the festival and go home with new toys! For every toy you hand in (max. 3 toys) you will receive a magic bean. From 4 pm the magic beans can be exchanged for new toys. Toys of all kinds, books, audio games or children’s jewellery can be taken along. (Please, no baby toys or broken things, but only things that your friends or other children of the same age will be happy about).
