A sedentary lifestyle takes its toll on most of us – if not the overweight one, then at least in the form of a sore spine. Yoga is a way to cope with this problem and also to improve your overall fitness – in this case in the pleasant surroundings of the Medicka Garden and under the supervision of experienced teachers. Besides recharging your energy, the friendly atmosphere and aesthetic asana performances, you will learn a variety of postures and exercises to help with concentration and overall balance. The exercises are suitable for beginners, but even the more advanced won’t get bored as there will be challenges such as headstands and handstands. You will learn to practice in a way that will make you more attentive to yourself and your own surroundings, and able to overcome the challenges of everyday life more easily. You will be able to apply much of what you learn to your everyday life and practice the position at home as well.
