Sports and fitness day

You’re already in full swing, but you have a lot of questions? Have you run into online workouts many times, but haven’t been motivated enough yet? Can’t find a way out of the maze of diets? Did you suffer a sports injury and would you like to shake back with a little help? You’re pregnant, but you don’t know if you’re allowed to move. Got a little extra weight and would you like to get rid of it? Not sure which form of movement suits you best? As a mom with a child, you wonder how you can do an effective workout in half an hour? If any of these questions have already arisen in you, you are in the right place now.

There will be party fitness, yoga in the open air, nutrition tips and health measurements, you can try Nordic walking and we can even prepare a little fun for the kids, and you can even meet our colleagues who hold our online workouts in person.
