FloraCult, a nursery gardening exhibition will be held in Rome at the I Casali del Pino farm, 174 hectares of countryside a few kilometres from the city centre. FloraCult is the result of a meeting between Ilaria Venturini Fendi, an agricultural entrepreneur who has converted to organic farming and is creative with a passion for recycling and reuse, and Antonella Fornai, a garden designer, or “gardener” as she likes to call herself, as well as curator of successful flower shows. The Casali del Pino, with its old farmhouses that have returned to their original function after careful restoration, is the ideal place to spend a day immersed in the green Roman countryside that is still intact in the Veio Park.

In the context of urban decay and environmental emergencies, green culture is a universal language that can begin even in the small space of a terrace. Through the participation of expert nurserymen FLORACULT is proposed as a laboratory of ideas and a stimulus for the dissemination and development of knowledge and use of plants suitable for cultivation in our gardens and balconies.
