In cooperation with a partner Moet & Chandon, Trattoria Martinelli has launched the “Mercato Barbaro”.
The “Mercato Barbaro” is a colourful oasis of wellbeing that leaves nothing to be desired, where unique glass igloos serve as market stalls for pop-up stores and combine the Neapolitan food culture with botanical spring feelings.

?????IGLU 1?????
Smell the Sicily!
The best sides of Italy can be found here: A delicatessen shop with a great selection of authentic Italian food, the producers of which we know and have chosen. This igloo specializes in southern Italian delicacies, in particular rare citrus fruits (Amalfi lemons & Sicilian Tarocco oranges), limoncello and rare wines directly from southern Italy.

???IGLU 2???
This igloo was designed to be hip, detailed, colourful and expressing plenty of love. So many different colours, exclusive tulips and beautiful, homemade tulip mixes. The tulip is one of the most famous flowers of all. On the one hand, because it is the symbol of the Dutch, but above all because it offers many variations in shape and colour. Here you get the most beautiful and high-quality tulips in the city at extremely fair prices. The Barbaro Tulip Shop will be an unforgettable experience!

??Neapolitan Street Food ??
Fragrant, crispy and extraordinary: here you can taste the Neapolitan tradition paired with Austrian culinary art from our head chef Daniel Kellner.
In the streets of Naples, it is easy to recognize someone who is eating a fried pizza, a crocchè, a pasta frittatina, a supplì or the typical “Cappiello”. In our capital Vienna, this is more difficult or even impossible …
For this reason, we will present you with the best Neapolitan street food dishes as take-away in our small hut right in front of the Trattoria Martinelli. We’re starting this week with delicious calamari fritti and truffle fries to-go.

In addition, you will get a delicious champagne variation from Moet & Chandon or a classic beer, all of which you can enjoy at the bar tables 50m from our restaurant.

Place: Trattoria Martinelli, Palais Harrach, Freyung, Vienna, Austria
Date: Friday – Sunday, April 30 – May 16, 2021, from 12:00
