When walking throughout the forest in Spring, you cannot miss all these beautiful flowers of all colours. However, you may wonder about their name or whether they are useful in any way. Prague’s National Museum organizes a unique excursion lead by the botanist Otakar Šída who will guide you through Kunratický brook and will reveal you the secrets of this wonderful flowers. You will learn about the typical spring flowers such as lungwort, wood anemone or corydalis and much more!
The excursion programme is free of charge.
Due to the limited capacity it is necessary to register for the excursion in advance via e-mail pm@nm.cz
The excursion starts at 9.30 a.m., more information will be sent by e-mail after registration.
We recommend bringing suitable outdoor equipment and plenty to drink.
(Recommended minimum age of child participant is 10 years old. Due to the difficulty of the terrain, it is not advisable to participate in the excursions with strollers.)
