The Artichoke Festival is coming to Rome again! The main protagonists of this celebration will be artichokes from Sezze, Roman and finally their ecological variety, which is grown by Cooperativa Agricoltura Nuova di Decima-Malafede.
During this event, the chefs will prepare a wide selection of dishes, where will play the main role as otherwise, artichokes. You will delight your taste buds with fried artichokes, cooked and they will also be part of various side dishes. Craft beer as well as white or red wine from the Ferrante winery in Lanciano will be served for drinking. You can also look forward to a wide selection of desserts, from tiramisu to various chocolate and cherry pies.
