Sports Festival for Older People

The Bikás park will once again host a day full of movement, wellness and community spirit as the Senior Sports Festival returns to Budapest.

The event is designed to encourage active lifestyles and show that it’s never too late to start moving. Whether participants already exercise regularly or simply want to try something new, the festival offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for everyone.

Throughout the day, visitors can explore different sports and movement activities, including individual and team exercises, dance programs and fun recreational games. Health screenings and expert consultations will also be available on-site.
