One man playing a hundred instruments: what is it? The organ is one of the most versatile instruments, and Müpa Budapest’s Karzatkoncert series is now taking a new look at it – literally and figuratively. The sound transmitter, mostly suspended above our heads, descends and the audience seated on the carpets is offered an unparalleled acoustic experience, all with pieces from the organ repertoire that have become almost hits. A multiple competition winner, young organist Zoltán Herczeg teaches and chants in Miskolc, but as a performer he is also interested in exploiting the potential of electronic music, which he is doing with the help of the company he founded as a software developer.
