Emílio will be coming to Budapest in August to dazzle the audience with an unforgettable concert! The enchanting singer will captivate everyone with his stunning voice and heartfelt songs. Don’t miss this special event guaranteed to be an experience of a lifetime!

Emilio, one of the country’s most popular television personalities, needs no introduction, but few people know the musician to the core, who was already in his early twenties being taken to the orchestras of musicians such as Gyula Babos, Béla Szakcsi Lakatos and Attila László to play drums and sing.

The eternally cheerful, self-ironic phenomenon has received numerous accolades for his musical career. In 2001 he won the title of Best European Jazz Drummer of the Year at the Hoelairt Festival in Brussels, in 2010 he was the number one singer at the Völklingen World of Music competition and is a multiple Fonogram award winner, to name but a few.

In light of all this, it’s no surprise that Emilio has re-formed an orchestra in 2024 and will embark on a national tour with his distinguished band of musicians in the autumn. The band’s debut concert will take place on 6 September on the stage of the Várkert Bazaar.
With new songs and a modern twist on Emilio’s well-known hits, Emilio Live will show the audience that the soul-funk vibe is eternal and never goes out of fashion! The guest of the evening is the enchanting Gigi Radics, who will also sing a duet with Emilio.
