Night of stories

For the seventh time, Budapest will host the Night of Tales, a magical event for lovers of stories and storytelling — young and old alike. On Sunday, June 15, the “Clearing of Tales” on Gellért Hill will once again transform into an enchanting gathering place, where listeners can embark on a journey through their inner and outer worlds guided by skilled storytellers.

The event aims to build community, offer reflection, and create connection through the power of storytelling. It is organized by the Metamorphoses Therapeutic Storytelling Association, with the participation of other experienced storytellers and like-minded organizations.

Program:

• 18:30–19:30 – Tales for children

• 20:00–23:00 – Tales for adults

The venue is located across from the Gellért Baths, at the beginning of Kelenhegyi Street, on a small clearing above the Rock Chapel. Organizers will mark the path with chalk to help guide visitors. Attendees are kindly asked to bring a blanket, mat, or sleeping bag for comfort during the evening of stories.

In case of rain, the event will be moved to the B32 Gallery and Cultural Center, and all registered participants will be notified via email about any changes.
