This spring, we are launching our puff pastry making workshop at the Gundel Károly Hospitality and Tourism Technical Centre.
On this day you will learn the different tricks of puff pastry making. We will demonstrate the folding with the help of a stretching tree to make it easier to make at home.
Duration of the programme: about 5 hours
Introduction price: 35.000 Ft
What to bring?
– Changing shoes
– Apron (optional)
– Bag or container to take the finished artwork home
