The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, 2002, 235 min, with Hungarian subtitles The fate of Middle-earth is about to be decided: the power of evil is growing, for two towers have formed an alliance: the castle of Barad the Dark Lord, Sauron the Baradian, and the fortress of the treacherous sorcerer, Orthanc. Frodo the Ring-bearer and his faithful friend Sam, are heading for the land of Mordor to cast his burden into the fire: but they face a new danger – Gollum has appeared and claimed the treasure for himself. Meanwhile, the surviving members of the Covenant, led by the Cossack, are engaged in renewed fighting. They fight alongside Rohan’s horsemen and find strange allies: the Ents. A shadow is cast over the world. The armies of the Dark Lord march towards Gondor.
