One of the oldest events in the 13th district, the Angyalfolk Street Festival will liven up the life of the capital on 27 August this year. The traditional venue, Dagály Street, will host a full day of folk entertainment, a fairground, children’s and sports activities, an amusement park, craft activities and great concerts. In the “Cricket Garden”, the organisers are preparing children’s programmes and performances, and in the “Movement Square”, visitors will be able to choose from a range of sports activities.
This year, Ferkó Kádár’s photo theatre will also be waiting for those who want to take photos, and the Angyalföld Wild Rose and Wild Flower Dance Ensemble will also dazzle visitors with their dancers.
On the stage, families can enjoy a children’s concert by the Apacuka orchestra, but the performance by the Tárkány Művek will not disappoint either, and the evening will close with a concert by the Csík Orchestra.
