About the workshop. We will start with an open circle. After a short introduction, your teacher Ayumi will guide you through the warm-up. We slowly move into dance practice. This workshop will focus not only on dance technique but also on the inside of the body and mind. Each day, we follow each theme.
1-day participation is possible, however, 2 days participation is highly recommended since the 2 themes will create a balance inside of your body, and it is more effective.

About the teacher:
Ayumi Toyabe (JP) Studied Ballet in Japan, US and Germany. Studied Contemporary dance in Germany, Italy and Hungary. Freelance dancer since 2017. Teaching in ZeroPlus DanceWorks and Ballet Open Class in Budapest. Assistant director of Tokyo Space Dance.

– This workshop is open to any nationalities, genders, minimum 1 year dance experience is recommended
– Ages 15 and over
– Maximum 13 participants / Day *The registration will be closed after the limit number

Theme: 静 (Gentle, Calm, Peaceful)
2nd day | 25th of June 10:30-12:30
Theme: 動 (Energetic, Active, Develop)
Fee:
1 day: 5.800 HUF
2 days: 11.000 HUF
