A very special Bali flow class will take place on 19 March at Yogasecrets Studio. The three-hour event will teach you how to connect with yourself through yoga and meditation, with the help of Mala. During the workshop, you will learn about the true Balinese sense of life and tranquility, and connect more deeply with yourself.

The ocean current is within you, feel it and immerse yourself in it.
What could be the secret to Balinese ease and deeper connection with ourselves?
You will be welcomed with a beautiful cleansing ceremony where you will receive your consecrated mala, which I will bring you from Bali. Then a beautiful practice will begin that is light and moving. The class will culminate with a heart chakra opening.
The workshop is based on the harmony of Yin and Yang energies.

The Rudraksha Mala Chain is made from rudraksha berries, the seeds of the fruit of the evergreen tree found in Indonesia. These malas have been used since ancient times and are believed to provide the wearer with physical and mental health, balance and a happy life.
In this workshop, we will learn about the Balinese sense of life, tranquility and zest for life that I have experienced.
