The Yoga at the Quay event is a relaxing, recurring weekend program happening until September. As part of Flow to the People’s event, you’ll be able to try different yoga styles and movements during each class.
Bring a mat/towel/blanket, something you can spread out on the floor. If you can, come in comfortable and loose clothing suitable for sports.
