The 2300 m2 building with a basilica floor plan in Heroes’ Square was completed in 1896 to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of the conquest. There are currently more than 60 exhibitions available online, including paintings, art installations and photographs. Walk practically through the main gallery room. From here, get close to each piece of art and enjoy the entire museum.
The Art Gallery was founded in 1877 and has works by Hungarian and international contemporary artists. Compared to our previous practice, we also offer new, extended walks, with which we not only want to present the atmosphere of the exhibition but also make it 100% walkable. Each exhibited work can be recalled separately, and the tour will be accompanied by audio or video material.
