2. Carnival in Dürer

It’s time to dig out the Spider-Man costume you’ve been hiding at the bottom of the closet, ask Grandpa for his fake glasses, put on a plaid shirt and pretend you’re Curt Cobain, or just put on some of that lipstick you haven’t done in two years because of the face mask. The Dürer garden is waiting for you with 3 amazing bands!

Ladies and gentlemen, February is the month of wunderschön mountains, big slides and hot drinks. It’s time to dance together again! Let it be a common travelling to the alpine feeling, a carnival ceremony in a neo-renaissance ski castle. Fur, overalls, glasses, the main thing is that you are the king of the chalet.

The coolest 80s/retrowave party in the country, hop in the DeLorean and Hill Valley town in the Aquarium Club, where you can party to modern and contemporary hits infused with 80s vibes. Quixotic, the best-known homegrown pioneer of the new wave of retrowave, is in charge of the vibe!

9. Carnival in Running Shoes

As carnival becomes more and more a tradition, so does the BBU Underground Run: don’t miss the 2022 race, which will once again be hosted in a special location, the mysterious cellar system of Kőbánya! This is the place where you can unleash your imagination: for one day you can be anything and anyone you want to be. Run around in a crazy costume if you want – but if you’re most comfortable in your favourite tracksuit, that’s alright as well!
