Art Market Budapest

One of the most anticipated events of the year, the Art Market will dazzle visitors at the Bálna between 19 and 22 October. The event is the largest international contemporary art fair in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 100 exhibitors from 30 countries, and a wealth of excellent artists on display and for sale. The Art Market, Hungary’s largest art fair, attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year and this year again there will be a huge exhibition area for visitors to admire the works on display.

With over a hundred exhibitors from nearly 30 countries, tens of thousands of international visitors, and around half a hundred professional and social events featuring prominent national and international art and art market personalities, Art Market Budapest is a traditional and popular fixture on the European art calendar, and despite the challenges of recent years, it has served the art-loving public without interruption for 12 consecutive editions.
Art Market Budapest will take place from 19 to 22 October 2023, and the usual rich selection of art will be complemented by important events such as Art Photo Budapest, the only international photography fair in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Inside Art international art conference.
