There will be no shortage of golden-brown, crunchy delicacies at this year’s Bread Festival on 20 August. The aim of the event is to bring together bread lovers and bread makers, and to bring back the concept of real bread and its diverse flavours. There will also be a competition where beginners and professionals alike will be able to test their skills.
On 20 August 2023, the ninth traditional bread makers’ meeting will be held in Budapest.
The meeting will be held for several reasons. The first and most important is to bring bread lovers together once a year to get to know each other and exchange experiences.
We strive to bring back the concept of real bread, its variations and original flavours.
We will also organise a competition during the festival. There are three categories in which anyone is free to compete. The best entries will be awarded a certificate by a jury of experts, who will be able to use the certificate for a year until the next competition.
Venue: MOMkult
Date: 20 August
Time: 10:00-18:00
