Guitar Night brings together modern guitar and flamenco on one stage, performed by two prominent figures of the Slovak guitar scene.

Guitar Night combines modern guitar, looping, virtuosity, and authentic flamenco in one energetic evening. It is a meeting of two worlds, two styles, and two personalities that naturally complement each other on one stage.

Peter Luha brings modern original compositions, technical precision and virtuosity, looper work and original arrangements of well-known classical compositions to the project. His music combines fingerstyle, percussive playing, slapstick technique, classical influences and modern arrangements. Peter has played over 2500 concerts in Europe, the USA, Mexico and India, collaborated with personalities such as Igudesman & Joo or the Vienna Symphony Orchestra and his solo album Viaje del Alma was nominated for the Independent Music Awards in the USA.

Flaco de Nerja is a Slovak flamenco guitarist active in Vienna. He takes his stage name from the Andalusian city of Nerja, which has significantly influenced his musical direction and work. He represents an authentic flamenco world shaped by his stay in Andalusia, long-term contact with the scene there and concerts in Spain, Austria and Germany. He mainly plays his own original work, in which he combines traditional flamenco roots with his own melodic signature.

The evening is structured as a three-part concert program:

– modern solo guitar, virtuoso arrangements of classical compositions and live looping

– authentic flamenco in its original form

– joint set with duets and flamenco fusion

Iconic songs such as Spain (Chick Corea) and the music of Pac de Lucí will also be performed, as well as original compositions and improvisations prepared especially for Guitar Night.

Every concert is original. No evening is the same. Enjoy it!
