The European Consumer Hour will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about your consumer rights, including when you go on holiday.
The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) operates within the European Union (Iceland, Norway and the UK) to provide free information, help and advice to consumers.
Do you shop online? What to look out for when shopping? Are you travelling on holiday and your plane or train is delayed? Your luggage hasn’t arrived or is damaged or the accommodation doesn’t match the photos? What are your rights and what are you entitled to?
In the European Consumer Hour we will answer these questions and we will also address the topic of greenwashing related to air transport.
