Dear Friends – CONSTANTLY GOOD , We invite you to a popular “DANCE PARTY” for seniors.
Professional dance teacher, Juraj Komora, can make the whole hall dance, he always has new dance elements ready.
We are happy to welcome all new dancers – who may not have found the courage yet, but of course also all our regular dancers 😉
Even if you don’t have a dance partner – feel free to bring a girlfriend/boyfriend, or get in touch with someone directly on the course.
Dancing is excellent for maintaining health, reducing stress, increasing physical culture and self-esteem, for rest, relaxation, fun and pleasure.
The dances we will cover have simple steps that can be mastered very quickly by anyone with a sense of rhythm. The dances include the English waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, cha-cha, mambo, etc. In addition to the couple dances, we will also learn a solo dance, as well as a Greek dance – Sirtaky, accompanied by catchy Greek music. Of course, it’s always a repetition of those basic steps, or we will always learn something new. As these activities are predominantly female, we especially encourage men not to be afraid and sign up too!
