ManaStay Yoga Festival Bratislava

ManaStay Yoga Festival 2023 is a two-day event for fans of different styles of yoga, healthy movement, ayurveda or meditation. The largest event of its kind in the country has a program created for yoga fans of all levels and ages.

You can expect classes of different styles, the best teachers from Slovakia, as well as teachers with many years of experience from abroad. We will bring you yoga from its cradle, India.

We will explain how to practice it properly, but also how to practice it off the mat. We will work creatively with movement and of course practice, relax and meditate or heal your body.

The program will also include children’s yoga or therapeutic yoga, yoga postures for advanced students, as well as classes and workshops for complete beginners.

The event takes place in the Waterworks Museum and its beautiful garden. There will be stalls selling interesting merchandise and a buffet with healthy food and Ayurvedic lunch.VIP entry includes booking a place under the stage, food and drinks throughout the day.
