Do you like outdoor exercise? Join us and come and practice yoga in the Janka Kráľa Garden. A team of experienced teachers will guide you through the asanas, explain important details, offer a variation that suits your difficulty and, what’s more, they know how to create a mutual and pleasant atmosphere.

CONTENTS:

Yoga classes in beautiful Petržalka Park are open to all. Beginners, advanced, and yoga instructors who want to be inspired and improve will find a place.
This year you will have the opportunity to experience up to five instructors who will guide you through the asanas, correcting and guiding you and offering an easier or more challenging option if needed. Each has their own personal style and their own unique experience and insight. But they all strive to conduct classes in a way that supports people in their creativity, activity and personal potential. Their basic question is , “How to get you to progress, to learn something, to move on”.
