Easter medieval craft market

Experience the atmosphere of the Middle Ages at Bratislava Castle. The Slovak National Museum – Historical Museum together with the civic association Schatmansdorf invite visitors to Bratislava to the Easter medieval craft market in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle.

A potter, a potter, a coiner, a scribe and others will show you their crafts as well as local products of their handiwork.

The experience will be completed by a medieval kitchen where you will be able to taste traditional soups or cakes, as well as an interactive “alchemist” stand with drinks that will delight even the youngest.

Admission to the Easter Medieval Craft Market is free and open at the same times as the Historical Museum, from 10:00 to 18:00, every day from Friday 7 April to Monday 10 April 2023.

Don’t miss a day of guided tours during Saturday 8 April 2023. 👂

Exhibitions open during the Easter holidays:

🎸The exhibition Miro Žbirka: Years and Days, mapping the life and work of Czech-Slovak singer and musician Miro Žbirka, is open every day during the Easter weekend.

Other exhibitions and expositions of the SNM – Historical Museum are closed on Friday 7 April and Monday 10 April 2023.
