Easter creative workshops

Creative workshops for clever children in the Old Market Hall. The Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre has prepared a great programme for you and your children in the Old Market Hall from 07 to 10 April 2023 – Easter creative workshops.

BALCONY

The inspiration for creation is the awakening spring nature. Skilled artists from the Devín studio and sculptor Nina A. Šošková have prepared many different materials and ideas for making Easter decorations.

Children will create cheerful spring plants. They will paint paper buds, flowers and leaves, cut them up and animate dry twigs.

At the next table, they will work with wooden Easter motifs: an egg, a bird or a bunny. The children will use markers, acrylic paints or cross stitch to create shapes according to their imagination.

OASIS

ÚĽUV master Jozef Boďa will help the young men prepare for Monday’s whipping. The children will braid their whips.

ÚĽUV master Eva Švorcová will demonstrate decorating Easter eggs using the wax batik technique and children will paint traditional patterns on paper eggs.

Visitors are reminded that during the event, photographic and/or video footage may be taken for the purpose of promoting the events and activities of BKIS.
