The International Pilates Community celebrates Pilates Day every first Saturday in May. However, we cannot practice together this year. But that doesn’t deter us from practicing “each one alone together”. Join a free online Pilates class via Skype, where we can practice classic Pilates exercises according to J. Pilates. This exercise is currently a relatively widespread exercise. It compensates for the sedentary lifestyle typical of today. It is a great addition to the exercises you do in your free time. It helps to calm the mind on a hectic city day. It is a very healthy but fast and effective exercise. So don’t hesitate and practice too.
