Dancing for seniors

Dear friends – CONSTANTLY GOOD, We invite you to the popular “DANCING CABINET” for seniors. Professional dance teacher, Juraj Komora, can make the whole hall dance, he always has new dance elements ready.

Dancing is excellent for maintaining health, reducing stress, for increasing physical culture and self-esteem, for rest, relaxation, fun and pleasure.

The dances we will cover have simple steps that can be mastered very quickly by anyone who has a sense of rhythm. The dances include the English waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, cha-cha, mambo, etc. In addition to the couple dances, we will also learn a solo dance, as well as a Greek dance – Sirtaky, accompanied by catchy Greek music. Of course, it’s always a repetition of those basic steps, or we will always learn something new. As these activities are predominantly female, we urge men in particular not to be afraid and to sign up too!

Many of you will remember this activity back in the Berlinka café.

We hope that in the new space our meetings will be as popular and enjoyable as before.
