Joy of being a senior citizen is a fun afternoon for active seniors who are always eager to learn something new, have fun and reminisce about times past.
The ambassador of the project is Iveta Malachovská, who accompanies the afternoon and the talk show “Na slovíčko”. Our guests will be a married couple Adriena Bartošová and Štefan Bučko and as guitar accompaniment – Pavol Bereza.
This year you can look forward to an interesting lecture by PaedDr. Janka Chládecka PhD. MBA, who is the manager of the University of the Third Age EU in Bratislava. She will tell us about the importance of education for seniors and about the educational trip in Turkey together with seniors.
The next lecture will be given by Silvia Valovičová, who deals with memory training and movement activities, thanks to which cognitive functions such as memory, coordination of movements, concentration, perception of space or agility are more involved.
You can also look forward to the popular raffle and refreshments, which are included in the ticket price.
