Don’t have any plans for the second weekend in September yet? Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 12th, because that’s when the STADT UND LAND Giant Kite Festival takes place, offering entertainment for the whole family.
At the 13th STADT UND LAND Giant Kite Festival, Tempelhofer Feld will be transformed into a colorful sea of giant flying objects. International kite flyers will present their impressive, artistic creations. At the same time, all visitors are invited to get involved, fly their own kites, or participate in creative and sporting activities. Don’t miss the diverse stage program and a wide variety of food and drinks either.
These spectacular demonstrations by professionals and the hands-on activities are exactly the kind of weekend program your children will never forget.
Admission is free – just like the limits of imagination. You’ll encounter mythical creatures, animals, abstract figures, and much more.
