Warm summer evenings filled with electronic bass, cold drinks, and contemporary art—that’s the Thursday night plan for August! The garden at Hamburger Bahnhof turns into a relaxed open-air dance floor under the banner “Berlin Beats”.
Established Berlin DJs and up-and-coming artists provide the perfect soundtrack for winding down after work. The lineup is diverse: ranging from deep house and smooth electro to melodic techno.
What to expect at Berlin Beats:
July 23: Marrøn
July 30: Ben Klock
August 6: Nene H
August 13: Oda Haliti
August 20: Regis, AICHER and Sandwell District
August 27: Bashkka
Food and drinks are well taken care of, too: the restaurant at Hamburger Bahnhof serves a rotating menu of street food snacks and refreshing drinks right in the garden.
Access to the open-air garden area is completely free. Just drop by spontaneously and enjoy the music.
Tip: Come a bit earlier to check out the exhibitions inside the museum—though you will need a regular museum ticket for those.
WHEN: Every Thursday until August 27, 2026 (approx. 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
WHERE: Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart (Invalidenstraße 50–51, 10557 Berlin)
