On Sunday, September 18, for the eighth time, we invite you to a unique edition of the culinary festival Najedzeni Fest! For the potatoes! From the turnout so far, we conclude that we all love potatoes, or, if you prefer, potatoes and dumplings. And this time the Magnificent Cooks will take all kinds of potatoes under the knife, proving that potatoes are not overcooked purée for pork chops, but a vegetable worthy of kings. Well, because how can you live without them?
Ah, those potato pancakes, dumplings, kopytka, zeppelins, dumplings, fries, tortillas, gratin daoufinois, vichyssoise, potato pancake also known as kartoflanka, potato babka podlaskie, kugel, in a word, this whole potato world is necessary for us to live happily. And this time there will be dry and sweet potatoes, in Polish and foreign ways. Traditionally, we invite you to the Old Kleparz Market Square, where we will make ourselves at home on the stalls from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be plenty of non potato beverages: traditionally burczok, craft beer and cider, and fine wines!
